Who Can Participate? Diamond Contractors and Ductless Pro Individual Retail Sales Professionals are eligible to participate. If you’re unsure whether you qualify as a Diamond or Ductless Pro Contractor, check with your distributor or search for your company using your ZIP code here.
Eligible Sales Period: Residential sales made between October 1, 2024- March 31, 2025.
Submission Deadline: Spiff claims must be submitted by April 18, 2025.

Who Can Participate? Non-Diamond/Ductless Pro Contractor Individual Retail Sales Professionals are eligible to participate.
Eligible Sales Period: Residential sales made between January 1, 2025- March 31, 2025.
Submission Deadline: Spiff claims must be submitted by April 18, 2025.

*Eligibility Effective Date: January 1, 2025
***Promotion only valid for current Mitsubishi Electric Trane US Diamond Contractors and Ductless Pros and Non-Diamond/Ductless Pro Contractors, that register the claim through EGIA. The promotion is limited to residential home installations only. For Diamond/Ductless Pro Contractors, the promo period runs from October 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025. For Non-Diamond/Ductless Pro Contractors, the period is January 1, 2025, to March 31, 2025.No commercial or light commercial projects. Internet sales, and multi-family projects do not qualify. Spiffs will be paid out on each MXZ sold and claimed. Funds are limited and Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US LLC, reserves the right at any time to extend, modify or terminate the Spiff program. This program may end prior to the promotion end date of March 31,2025, if all METUS funds are exhausted.
